About the role
To support the company's long-term growth, the full-time Senior Real Estate Site Selector will locate, research, and secure optimal locations in assigned markets while working remotely, preferably from Cincinnati or Columbus, OH.
Key responsibilities:
Develop strategic real estate plans with key targets for assigned markets
Identify and assess potential sites through thorough research and present findings to the Regional Real Estate Director and Executive Committee
Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, negotiate agreements, and coordinate the municipal approval process
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
Valid Driver's license
