About the role
- Operate bulk trucks to safely transport harvested potatoes between fields and storage locations
- Maneuver trucks into position for loading/unloading using mirrors and guidance from spotters
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance (tires, fluids, safety checks)
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and Wysocki Family Farm guidelines
- Active Driver's License : Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Schedule Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours based on changing weather conditions.
- Driving Test : Must pass the required driving test.
- Basic Skills : Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions/directions.
- Color Distinction : Ability to distinguish colors in directions and field team markers/flags.
- Mobility : Ability to repeatedly enter/exit bulk trucks, and safely navigate field/storage/parking areas on foot.
- Peripheral Awareness : Ability to quickly move head/body to stay aware of surroundings and ensure safety.
- Vision : Adequate vision and depth perception in varying light conditions.
