About the role
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree* or certificate in engineering or technology preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant non-metals/FRP fabrication/inspection experience or refractory fabrication/inspection experience.
- Experience with vessel and piping inspections and evaluations is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as interpersonal capability and the ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Maintenance Work Process preferred
- Functional understanding of the uses and applications of thermoplastics, thermoplastics welding and fabrication, design calculations, laminate behavior, mechanical and physical properties of composites, ASME and ASTM standards related to FRP and thermoplastics preferredSAP experience preferred
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
- Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
