Job Description: C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT RENOWNED FINANCIAL FIRMBase Salary is $150K to $220K; Discretionary Year-end Bonus; and Excellent Benefits Incredible Organization with Equally Incredible People Solidly established and successful renowned Financial Firm is looking for an experienced and professional individual to join its organization as a C-level Executive Assistant. You must have unquestionable integrity and be an effective collaborator with the ability to exercise good judgment in complex situations. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to balance execution speed and accuracy, work well under pressure and have the confidence to make informed decisions independently. Working Five (5) Days per Week Onsite in Offices located in Mid-town Manhattan. Hours range from 8/8:30/9am to 5/5:30/6pm.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in any Academic Field is required. Eight to Twelve (8-12) years of relevant Executive/Administrative work experience supporting Senior-level Executives preferably from within Finance and/or Financial Services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential. Flexibility and diligence with well-developed organizational, analytical, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent judgement, meticulous attention to detail, and keen written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion is critical.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a broad range of responsibilities supporting both strategic and administrative needs. Maintain complex and dynamic calendars, prioritize and triage incoming communications, requests, and deliverables, and serve as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate travel, meetings, and events with precision, providing high-quality administrative support ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Compile, submit, track and manage expenses.
