Summary: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise applications in a high-volume financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/Oracle, and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and RESTful microservices. Participate in application architecture, technical design, coding, testing, and production support. Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following enterprise standards. Implement automated unit/integration testing and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and offshore/onshore development teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills: Minimum 10+ Years of software development experience with strong Core Java expertise. Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices. Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and distributed applications. Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and System Design. Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/CI-CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud technologies is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills. Banking/Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
