Headquartered in San Antonio with offices statewide, we support thousands of organizations with IT, cybersecurity, print, process automation, and communications solutionsdriving innovation and business growth across Texas.ResponsibilitiesStrengthen customer relationships as the "face" of the San Antonio office by conducting account reviews and ongoing client interactions alongside Sales RepsServe as point of contact for deliveries and installations, coordinating across Sales, Service, and Delivery teams and keeping customers informed throughout the processCompile customer reference letters and coordinate Google/social media reviewsPrepare and distribute reports, including service histories, average monthly volumes, and upgrade listsPlan internal events for the San Antonio branch, from ordering swag and coordinating with corporate marketing on materials to managing invitations and RSVP listsManage and attend sponsorships and community impact initiatives, including donations, table assignments, and employee involvement at nonprofit and community eventsWork with corporate partners at the local level, serving as the point of contact for NBA teams, universities, and other organizations, with responsibilities ranging from ticket coordination to career fair supportParticipate in weekly sales meetings as neededExperience & Required SkillsIndustry experience idealExperience working in a sales support role preferredStrong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and E-Automate preferredMust be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent DOCUmation positively in client-facing and community settingsEducation & CertificationHigh School Diploma or equivalentPhysical RequirementsAbility to occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneelManual dexterity to use hands and fingers to handle, control computer and telephone keyboardVisual acuity to read printed and electronic documentsAbility to regularly speak clearly so listeners can understandAbility to understand the speech of othersOccasionally lift 10-30 poundsSpecial RequirementsNoneNote: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
