Job Description: Finishing Department Associate - 2nd Shift
Location: Darien, WI
Pay Rate: $20.95/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00
AMJob Summary: We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Finishing Department on 2nd shift in Darien, WI. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities: Perform finishing operations on manufactured products. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Remove imperfections and complete final product touch-ups as needed. Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
