Assist with the administrative coordination of the sales process, including meeting scheduling, proposal routing, contract tracking, internal handoffs, and follow-up reminders. Help manage existing client and partner relationships by supporting renewal outreach, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring timely communication throughout the relationship. Meet or exceed defined activity, meeting-generation, pipeline, and revenue targets, while regularly reporting progress, opportunities, and obstacles to sales leadership. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, events, operations, and data teams to understand available inventory, audience value, campaign offerings, and partner-delivery requirements. Maintain a professional, responsive, and consultative experience for all prospective and current clients, representing the three brands consistently and effectively. Qualifications Required0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (media, events, SaaS, or association industry experience a plus).Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing new business. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
