About the role

Commercial Landscape Account Manager We're seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Account Manager who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and helping properties look their best. Prior experience in commercial landscape maintenance is preferred, but we're also open to candidates with strong customer relationship, sales, account management, or property management experience who are eager to learn the landscape industry.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage relationships with commercial landscape maintenance clients
  • Conduct routine property walks and proactively address quality concerns
  • Communicate client expectations and property needs to production teams
  • Monitor landscape health, irrigation concerns, seasonal needs, and overall property appearance
  • Develop recommendations and estimates for landscape enhancements
  • Present enhancement opportunities and secure additional work
  • Resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support contract renewals and maintain strong client retention
  • Manage account revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams while learning and applying landscape industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in commercial landscape maintenance is preferred, but not required
  • Experience managing customer relationships, accounts, properties, or service-based clients is a plus
  • Experience in sales, estimating, account management, property management, or a related field is beneficial
  • Working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation, plant health, and seasonal services is preferred
  • Ability and willingness to learn the landscape industry and develop knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and maintenance practices
  • Ability to conduct property inspections and recognize quality and service concerns
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field and production teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, clients, and priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable identifying opportunities to improve properties and grow customer accounts
  • Valid driver's license
