About the role
Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to own the design and delivery of the NBA platform's agentic AI capabilities. This hands-on role requires writing production AI code while guiding a pod of engineers and contractors to build AI-powered workflows and intelligent analysis into user-facing experiences. You will integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT or equivalents), design multi-step pipelines, and ensure reliability and safety in a regulated healthcare environment.
