Alpha Gov is seeking a Public Safety Assessment Center Consultant to design promotional assessment centers for police and fire departments, including exercises, scoring tools, and instructions for candidates. This remote-first, project-based role requires proven experience with competency modeling, structured interviewing, and defensible evaluation methods; travel will be required as client sites demand.
