Work with Progression, Inc. and get your application bumped to the front of the line Executive Assistant Falls Church, VA Pay From: $40 - $55 per hour MUST: Active Secret Clearance required Experienced Executive Assistant 5 - 7 plus years of professional experience 3+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives within government contracting, defense, or military environments is required Prior exp working for a gov con Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Calendar management and executive scheduling experience Travel coordination and office operations experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field DUTIES: Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling priorities Coordinate meetings, agendas, executive communications, and follow-up items Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, supplies, and events Support senior leadership with administrative and operational initiatives Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment Provide high-level support in a fast-paced government contracting environment Progression Inc. is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
