Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settingsConfigure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflowsBuild and maintain Salesforce Flows and other process automationsCreate reports, dashboards, and data views for business stakeholdersSupport data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrityTroubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce supportPartner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutionsSupport system enhancements, releases, integrations, and ongoing optimizationDocument configurations, processes, and system changesQualifications 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experienceStrong experience with Salesforce configuration and user administrationHands-on experience building Salesforce FlowsExperience with reports, dashboards, data management, and securityStrong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and platform functionalityAbility to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholdersExperience supporting Salesforce in a production environmentSalesforce Administrator certification preferredExperience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred
