About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership role is responsible for driving accountability, improving systems, increasing efficiency, and ensuring excellent client service across intake, pre-litigation, and support operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across intake, pre-litigation, records, demands, case management, and support teams
Build, document, and enforce SOPs for firm workflows
Manage staff performance, accountability, workload distribution, and training
Track KPIs including lead conversion, settlement cycle time, demand readiness, and operational efficiency
Improve communication between intake, case managers, vendors, and leadership
Monitor case management systems, task completion, and file quality
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Manage vendors including marketing agencies, records providers, call centers, and software systems
Assist leadership with staffing forecasts, operational planning, and budgeting
Help maintain high client satisfaction and reduce client complaints
Prepare operational reports and performance updates for ownership
Qualifications
5+ years of law firm operations or legal operations experience
3+ years in plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Texas PI workflow from intake through settlement/litigation support
Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment
Experience with legal case management software and KPI reporting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to enforce accountability and improve team performance
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
