Personal Injury Operations Manager (Texas Plaintiff Law Firm)

About The Role We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of a high-volume Texas plaintiff personal injury law firm. This leadership role is responsible for driving accountability, improving systems, increasing efficiency, and ensuring excellent client service across intake, pre-litigation, and support operations.
