About the role

If you have ever helped a customer make a decision, solved a problem for a guest, or kept a busy conversation moving, you have already practiced skills that matter in client engagement. This role builds on those skills. You will connect with prospective clients, understand what they want to explore, maintain useful notes, and coordinate the next step. You will work full-time in the office, building those skills through real conversations, organization, and follow-up. There is no expectation that you arrive knowing every insurance product or process. Instead, you will learn through:• Guided practice• Coaching• Real conversations• Feedback• Repetition The strongest fit is someone who enjoys working with people but also wants a role where communication can lead to broader business skills. As you become more capable, there is room to expand your client responsibility while building toward greater income opportunity. Bring your people skills. We will help you build from there.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
