Beacon Hill is working with a law firm in downtown Chicago and looking for a Knowledge Counsel to join their team!
Core Legal Expertise Required
Leveraged finance — syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and leveraged buyout transactions
Private capital markets — private placements, direct lending, and fund finance
Lending products — senior secured credit facilities, mezzanine debt, unitranche structures, and second lien financings
Strong working knowledge of credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related security documentation
