Oil-Dri Corporation of America seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to site leaders at Taft, CA. This onsite role drives engagement, performance, and HR strategy to support organizational goals. Based at an active mine site, the HRBP will collaborate with management to recruit, manage performance, ensure compliance, and lead change initiatives. Monday–Friday onsite, with movement across site functions and strong focus on employee relations and capability development.
