About the role
Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Director of Advanced Sales will provide strategic sales, legal, and technical guidance to field and home office personnel, focusing on complex areas such as business succession planning and estate transfer while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Provide sales, technical, and legal support for advanced sales cases, including consultation, case design, and proposal preparation
Develop and present advanced sales seminars and training materials for producers and field leaders
Collaborate with home office teams to implement policies for advanced sales cases and create marketing materials
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
JD required
7-10 years of advanced sales experience in an insurance company or similar environment
CLU, ChFC, CPA, or other equivalent professional designation(s) preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced sales concepts and product applications
