About the role
Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Business-to-Business Toro Marketing Group is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Dallas team. This is a business-to-business role built around a structured training and development program. The early focus is on developing the practical skills needed to communicate effectively with business owners and decision-makers while representing campaigns on behalf of major publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. What you’ll focus on early:• Communication Skills — Learning how to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with different types of business owners and decision-makers.• Market Research — Understanding local markets, identifying opportunities, evaluating business needs, and learning how different industries make purchasing decisions.• Product Knowledge — Developing a strong understanding of the products and services represented so you can communicate their value accurately and effectively.• Presentations — Learning how to deliver professional B2B presentations, ask the right questions, handle objections, and recommend solutions based on a business’s needs. As those fundamentals are developed, the training program expands into sales and marketing strategy, campaign management, team development, leadership, and management skills. We’re looking for people who are coachable, professional, competitive, and interested in developing skills they can carry throughout their career. Prior sales or marketing experience is helpful, but not required. The emphasis is on training, performance, and development. Position: Sales and Marketing Specialist Location: Dallas, Texas Schedule: Monday–Friday Job Type: Full-Time
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
