About the role
725 is looking for a motivated, positive, self-driven Human Resources Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support the HR Manager, who oversees people operations for both 725 (a 100-person company) and an affiliated 30-person Senior Care company- both under the same management and leadership. You'll work out of one location and follow one set of systems, processes, and policies while helping take care of our people across both organizations. This role is a great fit for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, records, benefits, and general HR administration. Success in this role requires strong time management and organization, clear communication, adaptability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while juggling competing priorities.
Schedule:
Full-time, in-office. Five 8-hour days, a Saturday or Sunday will be required most of the year to support ongoing recruiting and onboarding.
Compensation: $44,700-$54,000
What You'll Do:
Represent 725 professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders Support the HR Manager with recruitment and hiring efforts — scheduling and helping conduct interviews, coordinating with internal and external recruiters, and guiding new hires through onboarding Assist in payroll preparation by verifying and validating data (time off, bonuses, leave of absence, etc.)Support and help grow our employee engagement programs and activities Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties, including filing and maintaining confidential documents (hard and soft copy)Support HR needs across both 725 and its affiliated company, using shared systems and processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bacheller’s degree in Human Resources preferred, Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field (minimum)2+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred, or pursuit of an HR degree Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (Paycom experience a plus, not required)Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employment records and information Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style across different personalities and communication preferences Comfortable managing competing demands, accepting constructive feedback, and staying flexible as priorities shift Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; comfortable with video calls What You'll Get Paid Time Off Health, vision, dental insurance, accident, critical illness insurance 401(k) with company match Life Insurance Ongoing leadership and professional development Tuition reimbursement accessA fun, fast-paced, and supportive team
