About the Role: We are seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTswho love working with children and families. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy using treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs, helping children build real-life skills and confidence.
What You’ll Do: Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBACollect session data using simple tools (we train you!)Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBABring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
Qualifications:
  • Current, activeRBT certification (required)
  • Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
  • Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
  • Reliable transportation and consistent availability
