Location
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Weekend availability is required during peak Garden Center periods, generally April-June and October through early December.

Landscape Garden Centers is a customer-focused organization serving clients through its garden center and related services. The Front Office Coordinator helps create a welcoming, organized experience for customers, visitors, and employees.
The Role
The Front Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees and helps keep daily office operations organized. This role combines customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and coordination across the organization. You'll work with multiple teams to make sure questions are answered, information is communicated clearly, and routine office needs are handled efficiently.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers, visitors, and employees and provide friendly, professional assistance
Answer incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and connect people with the appropriate team members
Maintain service schedules, appointments, calendars, meeting rooms, and related information
Support the setup, activation, distribution, and tracking of company phones and equipment
Provide administrative support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including organizing and processing documentation
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages and coordinate outgoing deliveries
Keep the front office organized, maintain office supplies, and help coordinate building or facility issues
Maintain accurate customer and visitor information and use business software to support scheduling, records, and daily office operations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, administrative, or similar role
Strong organization and attention to detail
Professional and friendly communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable working with computers and common office software
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
Ability to work weekends during peak Garden Center periods
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting accounting or administrative functions
Experience with scheduling or service coordination
Familiarity with business software such as QuickBooks Online, Outlook, or similar systems
Experience working in a customer-facing office or garden center environment
