As Laboratory Director, you'll lead diagnostic laboratory services that support safe, timely, and accurate patient care throughout the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership for laboratory services
- Oversee laboratory operations and personnel
- Manage regulatory, accreditation, and quality programs
- Direct budgeting and resource management
- Promote staff development and engagement
- Support testing excellence and innovation
- Lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare leaders

- Laboratory leadership experience
