About the role

Emerson is seeking a Director of North America Finance for PRM, based in McKinney, TX. This role provides financial leadership, oversees P&L and balance sheet, and partners with NA leadership to drive growth and efficiency across the world area. You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, collaborating with plant finance managers and GMs to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions. This role manages a team of four to five direct reports.
