About the role

Discord is seeking a Regional Security Manager for the Bay Area to lead its office security program and grow the security officer team at the San Francisco HQ. You’ll manage vendor guards, maintain security systems, and coordinate incident response while coordinating with IT and facilities to safeguard employees and guests. This onsite role requires 5+ years in physical security with leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel for training and events.
