About the role

The Verland Foundation Inc. seeks a Restorative Care Aide (RCA) to support licensed clinicians in Habilitation Services. The role involves assisting with therapies, documentation, and program delivery under supervision. It is an hourly, non-exempt position with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Shifts run 7:30am–6pm, Monday through Thursday. The RCA collaborates with staff to implement treatment plans and ensure safety and quality in care delivery across residents and facilities.
