You will work onsite on the 1st shift in an M–Th, 5:00am–3:30pm schedule, collaborating with manufacturing teammates and following established process specifications to keep product moving through assigned cells. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations per company instructions and procedures Conduct inspections of your own and others' work against drawings and quality requirements Apply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentation Operate hand tools and light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) and perform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks as required Maintain work area according to company guidelines and participate in required events Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessary Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 2+ years of relevant mechanical/electromechanical assembly experience Ability to perform mechanical assembly and wire harness assembly Ability to read and understand prints/drawings and interpret company documents, safety rules, and manufacturing instructions Good manual dexterity for working with small parts and ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent practical experience Capability to recognize and resolve typical problems in your work area using established options Here's What Else Might Help You OutExperience working in a team setting Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed Pay Range$22.68/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
