About the role
Company Description:
Frank Advertising is a public relations, social and digital agency specializing in the kitchen & bath, home design, and tabletop industries. The team blends a refined sense of taste, color, texture, and aesthetics with strategic branding and measurable ROI. Frank Advertising helps position bespoke products in the minds of architects, designers, buyers, and consumers through thoughtful, targeted campaigns. The agency focuses on both big-picture brand vision and detailed execution, building emotional connections between audiences and the brands they choose to join. This combination of creativity and strategy offers team members the opportunity to work with distinctive products and design-focused clients.
Role Description:
At Frank Advertising, a unique opportunity awaits -- build your career in both Public Relations and Social Media. In this position, the Public Relations Account Executive is also cross-trained and manages social media, thereby expanding and fine-tuning skills in both. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in East Windsor, NJ, with flexibility to work from home. More than just doing one thing every day; your responsibilities will include writing press releases (in AP style), planning content calendars, drafting posts, creating Reels, Shorts and other video content, influencer marketing, trade show attendance, monitoring social channels, engaging with online communities, responding to comments and messages, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and preparing reports and recommendations for clients. This is a client-facing position with the added opportunity to participate in entire marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years related experience post college. Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail, consistent tone of voice, and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences -- e.g. architects, designers, developers. Strong public relations and social media skills to foster engagement across major platforms. Experience in digital marketing and brand storytelling. Ability to analyze social media performance, interpret data, and present clear insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholder requests. Comfort working in a hybrid setting, collaborating on-site in East Windsor, NJ, and independently from home. Familiarity with design-forward or lifestyle brands; experience in kitchen & bath, home design, or related industries is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Demonstrated professionalism, client service orientation, and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
