The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. Flexible day & evening shifts available. What You'll Do:
- Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
- Manage high‑risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
- Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
- Contribute to education and innovation, if desired

Required
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license. Certification or re‑certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification. Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities. ACLS/PALS Certification Preferred: BA or BSN in Nursing Membership in professional nursing organization desired. Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
