About the role

General Affairs Associate The General Affairs Associate would be responsible for managing key administrative and employee support functions within our company. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations of our KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center bookings, serving as a liaison for employees, and supporting the planning and execution of company-wide programs and events. Essential Functions Oversee KISS Stay & KISS Vision Center reservations and bookings 50% oMaintain an up-to-date booking calendar and ensure availability is accurately communicated to staff. oRespond to inquiries about reservations in a timely and professional manner. oCoordinate with relevant departments (e.g., facilities, security, cleaning staff) to prepare spaces before and after use. Employee Liaison & Coordination 25% oServe as a point of contact for employees seeking information about general services, events, or facilities oFacilitate communication between departments and employees for general inquiries, internal programs, or feedback. Create manuals & guidelines for companywide programs or events 10% oDraft clear and concise internal manuals or guidelines oUpdate documents regularly based on feedback, policy changes, or improvements Assistance & support for company events 10% oSupport planning and execution of various companywide events such as seasonal parties or corporate gatherings oProvide on-site support during events Design and create companywide promotional posters for in-house caf and company events 5% oCreate visually appealing and informative posters or flyers for internal promotion of events, menu specials, or announcements. oUse basic graphic design software (i.e., Canva) to produce designs and materials. Required for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
