About the role
To build and scale a proactive talent strategy, the full-time Assistant Director of Talent Engagement will develop relationships with Jewish communal professionals, manage talent pipelines, and implement systems for tracking and mapping talent across the Federation system, with the option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and cultivate a diverse network of professionals and lead outreach strategies to engage high-potential talent
Create and manage a dynamic pipeline of candidates for roles across Federations and partner organizations
Implement best practices for talent data management and enhance existing recruitment systems for effective tracking
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or career coaching
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships across various career stages
Experience with CRM or recruitment systems, preferably Greenhouse and Linked In Recruiter
Strong strategic and organizational skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with the Jewish nonprofit sector is strongly preferred
