About the role

To drive new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion within the 340B and Gross-to-Net portfolio, the full-time remote Global Account Manager specializing in 340B Solutions will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise pharmaceutical and life sciences accounts while leading complex consultative sales cycles and serving as a trusted advisor to optimize customer 340B programs. Key responsibilities Lead 340B-focused new customer acquisition by identifying and closing enterprise pharmaceutical and life sciences customers Drive strategic account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives while serving as the primary executive relationship owner Develop and execute consultative sales strategies that address customer business challenges related to program compliance and operational efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years in enterprise software/SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals Deep expertise in the U.S. 340B program, including mechanics, compliance requirements, and regulatory environment Experience selling complex enterprise solutions in regulated healthcare environments Strong background in life sciences sales targeting pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare providers Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
