Salary: $190,000–$210,000 Base + Annual Bonus (Up to 40%) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, 401K w/ matching, PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Start Date: ASAP Relocation: Available Our client is seeking an Executive Director focused on Walmart Strategy & Account Leadership to own and grow one of its most critical retail partnerships. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this senior leadership role is responsible for driving top-line sales, margin performance, and long-term strategic growth across Walmart, Sam's Club, and Walmart International. The ideal candidate is a humble, hungry, and people-smart leader with a strong track record of managing complex Walmart relationships, delivering P&L results, and serving as a trusted brand ambassador. This is a highly analytical, hands‐on individual contributor role with heavy cross‐functional leadership, partnering closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations in a fast‐paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities Serve as the executive lead for the Walmart, Sam's Club, and Walmart International relationships Lead annual account strategy, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and category vision execution Own full Walmart P&L including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive top‐line growth and margin delivery through pricing, assortment, and promotions Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on forecasting, inventory, and OTIF execution Lead modular planning and in‐store execution to maximize category and brand performance Build trusted relationships with Walmart buying, merchandising, and executive leaders Collaborate cross‐functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Operations Identify and execute new growth opportunities across omni‐channel and international teams Champion customer‐specific innovation from concept through commercialization Track KPIs, analyze performance, and proactively manage business risks Represent the company in executive meetings, top‐to‐tops, and strategic customer forums Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in CPG, retail, or related industries is required Experience leading Walmart Joint Business Planning (JBP) is required Deep understanding of Walmart including Retail Link/Scintilla, modular planning, etc... is required Strong financial and analytical acumen (advanced Excel) and forecasting experience is required Ability to work from the corporate office when not traveling is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
