Key Account ExecutiveRemote$120,000-$175,000The Opportunity:Join a dynamic organization within the travel arrangements industry that empowers businesses to simplify their corporate travel through cutting‑edge technology and personalized service. Our client, a leading brand in the travel sector, offers a fast‑growing environment where you can leverage your sales expertise to drive significant revenue from key enterprise accounts.Responsibilities:Identifying, qualifying, and winning new business within the key ideal customer profile.Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline.Creating and maintaining relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts.Delivering results against set objectives and key performance indicators.Implementing and utilizing the tech stack to full capacity.Leveraging sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and using solution selling.Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.Must-Have Skills:Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including recent experience within the last 6 months.Consistently achieving at least 85% of annual quota over the past two years.Proven ability to manage a pipeline of up to 300 key prospects and handle 30‑50 top accounts.Strong relationship‑building skills with C‑suite decision makers.Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset to diagnose issues and design optimal solutions.Proficiency with sales technology such as Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce.Ability to conduct product demonstrations and effectively use the tech stack.Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with travel industry solutions and corporate travel workflows.Experience with additional CRM platforms or sales enablement tools.Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑growing, changing environments.Understanding of data‑driven selling and performance analytics.
