Global GPU Server Sourcing & Supply LeadWork Arrangement: RemoteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced commercial and sourcing professional to build and manage global supply channels for complete GPU server systems.We welcome candidates from either side of the server transaction:Supply side: Professionals who have sold complete GPU, AI/HPC or enterprise server systems to end customers.Demand side: Professionals who have procured complete server systems on behalf of an internet, cloud, AI, data centre or other infrastructure operator.The ideal candidate has personally managed cross-border server transactions, understands KYC/KYB and transaction due diligence, and brings an established network of reliable and actionable server supply channels.This position can be performed remotely. We are particularly interested in candidates with relevant networks or market experience in Singapore, Taiwan and the San Francisco Bay Area.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain reliable global supply channels for complete GPU, AI/HPC and enterprise server systems.Identify and engage server manufacturers, authorized distributors, channel partners, cloud providers, technology companies and other qualified supply sources.Assess server availability, configuration, pricing, ownership, warranty status and delivery capability.Manage end-to-end cross-border transactions, including requirements alignment, RFQ/RFP, counterparty evaluation, commercial negotiation, contracting, payment, logistics, customs clearance, delivery, acceptance and after-sales support.Lead KYC/KYB and counterparty due diligence, including corporate documentation, beneficial ownership, transaction background, end-user and end-use verification.Negotiate key commercial terms, including pricing, payment structure, Incoterms, delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, warranty, RMA, liability and risk allocation.Verify product models, configurations, serial numbers, title and source to reduce counterfeit, refurbished equipment, unclear ownership and fulfilment risks.Track global GPU server inventory, pricing, lead times and supply-market developments.Develop primary, alternative and emergency supply options for high-demand or limited-availability server models.Work closely with technical, legal, finance, compliance, logistics and data centre teams to ensure compliant and timely execution.Maintain clear transaction records and protect confidential commercial and counterparty information.RequirementsDirect experience with complete GPU servers, AI/HPC servers, enterprise servers, server racks or integrated server systems.A proven background in at least one of the following:Selling complete server systems to enterprise, cloud, AI, data centre or other end customers; orProcuring complete server systems on behalf of a final demand-side organization.Demonstrated personal ownership of server transactions, including customer or supplier engagement, quotation, negotiation, contracting and delivery.Hands-on experience with international or cross-border transactions.Familiarity with KYC/KYB, supplier or customer onboarding, transaction due diligence and trade documentation.An established and verifiable network of server supply channels, with the ability to obtain quotations, confirm inventory and support real delivery.Strong commercial negotiation, counterparty assessment and transaction-risk management skills.Working knowledge of server configurations, including GPU, CPU, memory, storage, networking and rack-level systems.Professional working proficiency in English.Ability to collaborate effectively across regions, time zones and cultures.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Preferred BackgroundServer sales, global account management, channel sales or business development experience with a server manufacturer, server brand, systems provider or authorized distributor.Infrastructure procurement or strategic sourcing experience with an internet company, cloud provider, AI company, data centre operator or other organization that purchases complete servers for its own use.Existing server supply or customer networks in Singapore, Taiwan, the San Francisco Bay Area or other major global technology markets.Experience with high-demand GPU server platforms, AI infrastructure, HPC systems or rack-scale deployments.Experience handling supplier qualification, RFI/RFP, Incoterms, international logistics, warranty and RMA matters.Mandarin proficiency for working with suppliers and partners in Taiwan and Greater China.
