Sales Associate Join Horologio, a multi-brand luxury watch boutique representing more than 15 Swiss watchmakers. As a Sales Associate, you will guide clients through our collections, achieve individual sales goals and build lasting relationships through thoughtful service and product expertise. Horologio is part of LV Luxury Jewelers, a family-owned Las Vegas luxury watch and jewelry retailer. This role suits a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for fine timepieces and disciplined client follow-up. Deliver a personalized client experience from the first greeting through post-sale follow-up. Build and grow a client book, documenting preferences and interactions accurately in CRM.Use consultative selling to recommend timepieces across multiple brands and achieve sales goals. Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up to develop long-term client relationships. Explain brand heritage, craftsmanship, collections and technical features with confidence. Keep product knowledge current as new collections and timepieces arrive. Accurately process sales, special orders, deposits and service transactions. Maintain professional presentation, showcase standards and an organized sales floor. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve boutique goals.
