Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior accountants in recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately and timely- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting records by verifying and reconciling documentation and resolving discrepancies- Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger- Coordinate the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approval and coding verification- Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with contractual obligations and internal authorization guidelines- Generate and maintain reports for management such as payables aging and vendor payment summaries- Coordinate the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing process, approval and coding verification and processing of cash receipts- Generate and maintain reports for management such as weekly cash reporting and aging reports
Requirements:
