About the role
New York Life Investments is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Commercial Mortgage Originations in New York, NY. This role will drive sourcing and origination of mortgage opportunities and manage the entire loan lifecycle, from development to closing.
You will build and nurture relationships with developers, institutional owners, and brokers, travel regularly for business development and portfolio management, and lead complex underwriting using Argus and Excel.
