About the role

- Tracking and Reporting:
- Manage existing affiliate tracking tools to accurately measure and report on campaign performance.
- Overview of the regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance and Fraud Prevention:
- Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines and compliance standards.
- Implement measures to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within the affiliate program.
- Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative marketing team to ensure compelling creative assets and promotional materials for affiliates.
- Provide affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote the products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successful program management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools and platforms.
- Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
