About the role
ALCO Management, Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader across HR functions. You will drive an employee-centric experience while ensuring compliance, data integrity in Paycom/JazzHR, and scalable HR processes.
The role reports to the VP of Talent and oversees HR operations, benefits, employee relations, and team development, with responsibility for the HRIS and policy execution.
