Role Description: The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for leading Simplicity’s global marketing strategy and execution. This role oversees brand positioning for products like Sara and Charlie, designs integrated go-to-market campaigns, and ensures consistent messaging across digital, events, and partner channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing annual marketing plans, managing budgets, guiding market research initiatives, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to drive pipeline and product adoption. The Head of Marketing will build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, coordinate public relations activities, and evaluate performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This leader will play a key role in shaping how Simplicity’s AI solutions are perceived and adopted in target markets.
Qualifications: Strong market planning and marketing management skills, with experience building and executing integrated marketing strategies. Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities, segment audiences, and inform positioning and messaging. Background in sales collaboration, including experience aligning marketing activities with revenue goals and supporting go-to-market efforts. Experience in public relations, including media outreach, thought leadership, and reputation management. Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing diverse marketing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven track record in B2B or SaaS marketing; experience in AI, technology, or real-estate/travel industries is highly beneficial. Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with marketing analytics tools and performance measurement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
