Job Description: Crain Kia of Conway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles on our lot are clean, polished, and showroom-ready. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of appearance and quality that our customers expect.
Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles. Wash, wax, and polish vehicles to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery. Remove stains, dirt, and debris from vehicle surfaces. Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order. Ensure all vehicles are prepared and ready for customer delivery or display. Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle detailing.
Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
