Job Description: Entry-Level Production Associate - Custom Apparel
Pay: $17.25 per hour Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Overtime: As needed Experience: No experience required; training provided Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Production Associate to help produce custom T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other personalized apparel. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we'll train you on the job. This is an entry-level opportunity. Previous experience in apparel production, garment printing, heat press operation, or manufacturing is not required.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare shirts and other garments for production Operate heat presses and apparel production equipment after training Apply designs to garments accurately and consistently Inspect finished apparel to help ensure it meets quality standards Fold, package, and label customer orders Organize inventory, supplies, and finished products Work with the team to complete daily production orders Qualifications Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn Good attention to detail Comfortable working with your hands Able to stand and move around during most of the shift Able to work at a steady pace Basic computer skills are helpful but not required Experience in retail, food service, warehouse, shipping and receiving, construction, skilled trades, or other hands-on work may be helpful--but it is not required.
