Role Description: This is a full-time Senior Project Designer position based in Rosemont, IL. The Senior Project Designer will be responsible for developing and executing space plans, creating detailed construction drawings, preparing submittals, and collaborating with architects and project management teams. This position requires active involvement in the design, implementation, and successful completion of workplace furniture projects.
Qualifications: Proficiency in creating and managing Submittals for project proposals and approvals Strong skills in developing precise Construction Drawings and CAD-related tools Experience in Space Planning and layout design tailored to client needs Knowledge of Architecture principles and their application in interior design Effective Project Management skills to coordinate and deliver on design projects Excellent communication abilities and a client-focused mindset Familiarity with the office furniture industry and trends is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is highly desirable
