Vice President & Associate Investment Banking – Industrials Team
Location: New York City Metro Area
The Opportunity:
Our client, a leading Elite Boutique Investment Bank is seeking a Investment Banking Vice President and Associate to join its Industrials Group in their New York City area offices. This is a high-impact role offering immediate exposure to complex M&A (both buy-side and sell-side) working with blue chip client's of the firm across many sub-sectors including Chemicals, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation/Logistics, among others.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Execute M&A transactions for Financial Sponsors and Corporates Manage key work-streams including due diligence, valuation, modeling, and client deliverables. Support business development initiatives and pitch execution alongside senior team members. Interface directly with clients and investors throughout all phases of the transaction process.
What You Bring:
4-7 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Industrials M&AStrong analytical, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to excel in a lean, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
