Bindery Operations Manager Required skills and experience: 5-10 years of bindery/manufacturing experience with exposure to cutters, folders, die cutters, and related finishing equipment. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. Ability to read, interpret, and execute production schedules while managing shifting priorities. Strong understanding of print manufacturing and bindery workflows. Proven experience managing employee performance, staffing, and daily production activities. Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and prioritize the most important production objectives each day. Job description: Due to continued growth, we are seeking a people-focused leader to help co-manage bindery operations. This role will oversee 30-50+ employees, manage production schedules, coordinate staffing, and ensure smooth workflow between shifts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels at coaching employees, building trust, and driving accountability. This position is primarily focused on people leadership, scheduling, and operational coordination rather than hands-on production work. The salary for this opportunity will range between $80,000-$100,000 based off skillset and experience.
