As a Marketing & Promotions Associate, you’ll work directly with customers while supporting the execution of client marketing and sales campaigns. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience across customer acquisition, promotional marketing, sales, and brand representation while offering opportunities to develop leadership skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Provide customer service and sales support while representing client brands professionally
- Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and benefits
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support the launch and execution of new marketing and sales campaigns
- Assist Account Managers with customer interactions and campaign activities
- Participate in product knowledge training, team meetings, and professional development
- Accurately maintain customer information and track sales activity
- Help build brand awareness and generate new customer acquisition opportunities
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-upWork alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
