About the role
To support a production studio in Columbus, the part-time Casting Coordinator will recruit and manage a pipeline of local performers while engaging with the performing arts community about AI-related work.
Key responsibilities:
Recruit and build relationships with professional and aspiring performers through various outreach methods
Coordinate candidate communication and manage the screening and onboarding process
Evaluate candidates' on-camera presence and provide feedback on recruiting channels and strategies
Required qualifications:
Experience in casting, talent booking, recruiting, or related fields
Strong relationships within Columbus's performing arts community
Ability to recognize on-camera talent and make informed screening recommendations
Resourceful and persistent in testing new recruiting approaches
Organized with the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple recruiting stages
