Project Manager – High-End Residential
Location: New York City
Salary: $120K–$160K + Strong Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an established NYC contractor specializing in luxury single-family residential construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors and procurement
- Coordinate with clients, architects and design teams
- Maintain exceptional quality across high-end finishes
Requirements:
- Project Management experience in high-end residential construction
- Strong background in luxury single-family homes, townhouses or renovationsNYC construction experience preferred
- Excellent communication and project management skills
