About the role
Serving as the subject matter expert for the Deal Desk, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will manage sales quote activities, including quote creation, pricing approvals, and system training for the internal sales team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Partner with sales to support the sales quote process and ensure compliance with contract policies and procedures
Create quotes for add-on sales and verify master agreements in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with client needs
Research and resolve sales process challenges while providing reports for sales analyses, including trends and contract terms
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of experience in finance, sales operations support, deal desk, contracts, or quotes
Knowledge of pricing models, Salesforce (CRM), and legal/accounting principles related to sales operations
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to organize and interpret data while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
